The specific scope, fees and refund arrangements of the Company's services are governed by the written service agreement signed by both parties; the content of this website does not constitute an offer.

Other entities within the Group provide execution-type services such as tax filing and company formation; where governance advice involves such entities, the Company will truthfully disclose the affiliation, and clients always retain the right to choose any third-party executing firm. The Company does not sell financial products, nor does it accept commissions or referral fees from executing firms.

Information submitted by clients through this website or during the consultation process is used solely to assess needs, provide services and keep records as required by law; it will not be sold to any third party, and client consent will be obtained before disclosing it to any executing firm.
